Academic Foundation & Public Service

Engineering rigor meets civic accountability.

Grounded in Yelahanka and shaped by advanced technical training in India and the United Kingdom, Raghavan DV applies systems thinking to local ward governance and public welfare.

The Transition

From technical practice to grassroots advocacy

With a Bachelor of Engineering earned in India followed by specialized postgraduate research in the United Kingdom, Raghavan developed a deep appreciation for structured planning, infrastructure maintenance, and transparent data systems.

Returning to his lifelong home of Yelahanka, he chose to channel these analytical principles directly into community service, working alongside neighborhood associations and ward stakeholders to resolve enduring civic challenges.
